Burna Boy recently dropped his first solo single for the year which is titled ‘Dangote‘. The Nigeria-born star sings in Pidgin, which is a dialect of Nigerian English, Yoruba and English. The song is also named after Nigerian business magnate and Africa’s richest man Aliko Dangote. Just like its accompanying visuals, it touches on many social and economic issues and speaks strongly about Nigeria’s huge rate of unemployment. The video is a spectacle of colour which starts with moving shots that take the viewer through the daily struggles and triumphs of everyday Nigerians.
